Analyzes the job description (role, responsibilities, skills required) and CV (your experience, education, projects). From that BOTeye AI Agent builds a mental “map” of areas to explore—technical skills, domain knowledge, behavioral traits, gaps, and strengths.
Based on that map, BOTeye AI Agent generates questions that are relevant, progressive, and varied: some technical or domain-specific, others situational, behavioral, competency-based. As the candidate responds AI Agent can dig deeper with follow-ups, clarifications, or alternative scenarios.
If BOTeye senses candidates struggling with a question, it offers hints or pivots to a related topic to keep the conversation productive. If the candidate breezes through, BOTeye raises the level of difficulty or introduces nuanced case prompts.
